Rajasthan Desi Food Cart Bazaar ships across India from our location in Mukundgarh, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. We are committed to delivering your products fresh, safely packed, and on time. Please read this policy to understand how we process and ship your orders.

01 Order Processing

  • Orders are confirmed after we receive your enquiry or WhatsApp message and you approve the product and pricing.
  • Processing time is 1–2 business days from order confirmation and payment.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • You will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp or email once your order is dispatched.

02 Delivery Areas

  • We deliver to most pin codes across India via our courier and transport partners.
  • Delivery to remote or hilly areas (Ladakh, Northeast India, Andaman & Nicobar) may take additional time.
  • If we are unable to deliver to your pin code, we will notify you and arrange an alternate solution or full refund.

03 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges vary based on the weight of the order and your delivery location.
  • The applicable shipping charge will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • We occasionally offer free shipping on orders above a certain value — check with us on WhatsApp for current offers.
  • For bulk or large orders, special shipping rates may apply.

05 Packaging

  • All products are hygienically packed to preserve freshness, natural aroma, and shelf life during transit.
  • Spices and powders are sealed in food-grade packaging to prevent moisture and contamination.
  • Pickles and oils are packed with leak-proof sealing and cushioning material.
  • Outer packaging is sturdy and tamper-evident to protect products in transit.
  • We take packaging seriously — if you receive a damaged package, please photograph it immediately and contact us.

06 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will share the courier tracking number via WhatsApp or email.
  • You can use the tracking number on the courier partner's website to follow your shipment.

07 Damaged or Lost Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation after reviewing the evidence.
  • In case of a lost shipment, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and resolve the matter.
  • We are not liable for delays or damage caused by the courier after handover, though we will assist you in filing a claim.

08 Failed Delivery

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier will attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility.
  • Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at the time of ordering.
  • If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to reship at an additional charge or issue a refund minus shipping costs.
