All products are subject to availability and seasonal supply conditions. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product offering without prior notice. Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.
03 Orders & Confirmation
- Orders can be placed via our enquiry form, WhatsApp, or email.
- An order is confirmed once we have acknowledged it and received payment (or agreed payment terms).
- We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or incorrect delivery information.
- You will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email after your order is confirmed and dispatched.
- Free samples are available on request — please reach out via WhatsApp or the enquiry form.
04 Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations in commodity prices.
- The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of order acceptance.
- Accepted payment methods include UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), and cash on delivery where available — confirmed at time of order.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are communicated separately before order confirmation.
05 Cancellation & Returns
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you wish to cancel.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
- We accept returns only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products.
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- Approved returns will be resolved by replacement or refund at our discretion, processed within 5–7 business days.
- Perishable products (pickles, certain spices) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or spoiled.
06 Quality & Product Information
- All products are sourced with care and processed hygienically to maintain freshness and natural quality.
- Minor natural variations in colour, texture, or aroma inherent to agricultural products do not constitute a defect.
- Product descriptions, tags, and short descriptions on the website are for guidance only. Please read the product label on delivery for complete information including ingredients, allergens, and best-before date.
